Manufacturing out of our purpose-built 25,000 sq/ft industrial unit in Castleblayney, County Monaghan. We’ve grown to be Ireland’s largest manufacturer of cold-rolled sections for the external infill framing and Internal Partition & MF ceiling systems. Continued growth and current investment will see us grow by a further 50% over the next two years.
Priding ourselves on offering our customers the highest quality possible, SFS employs stringent quality control measures throughout the entire production cycle. Each batch of SFS products goes through an exacting process, with up to eleven screening inspections ensuring that all metal products conform to strict specification guidelines. In support of our in-house control systems, we also carry out on-site quality testing*. These tests assess functional situations, establishing product performance for stability, acoustic properties and fire resistance.
*All on-site situation tests are carried out to conform to current Market Standards and are carried out by accredited test centres:
- The Building Test Centre, Fire Acoustics Structures (BPB)
- BRE Testing Centre
